Diddy’s attorney Aaron Dyer told NPR, “Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences,” in response to a question on the Homeland Security raid.
“The excessive use of force and animosity displayed by the authorities, as well as the treatment of his children and staff, are unacceptable.”
In addition, he said that the raid was “just a witch hunt based on false accusations made in civil lawsuits, and represents a hasty judgment of Mr. Combs.”
“No criminal nor civil liability has been found in any of these claims,” he stated. Mr. Combs is innocent, and he will never give up trying to clear his reputation.
