Shannen Doherty’s condition has been updated.

Doherty’s disclosure comes after she posted a video of herself on June 5 on Instagram getting fitted for the mask she used while having treatment with the comment “January 9, 2023.”

At a Charmed panel hosted by PEOPLE’s Breanne L. Heldman and starring Rose McGowan, Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause, Dorian Gregory, and Drew Fuller at 90s Con in March, Doherty previously gave an update on her health.
