A bulge appeared on a woman’s foot when she was just 15 years old, but she decided to ignore it. She won’t learn the truth until she is 27 years old.
Cheryl Murray didn’t believe the lump could be anything dangerous, but it continued to grow until it resembled a golf ball. When she eventually got her first lover, he inquired as to the nature of her foot issue. She lied at that very time, but David still prompted her to visit the doctor.
The results of the tests the physicians at the hospital performed were terrible. The young woman appears to have had sarcoma, a rare kind of cancer, and she admits as much, saying, “I never believed it could be too bad. I went into a fit of hysteria when I learned. I was so startled that I was unable to speak.

The worst news was that her leg had to be amputated below the knee since the illness had advanced significantly.
The boyfriend of the 27-year-old woman was by her side constantly; he even proposed to her before the amputation procedure because he wanted her to know how much he cared for her and that he would always be there. The girl now admits that she has been telling him daily that she can’t even begin to think what would have occurred without him.

Murray says she presently uses a prosthetic to help her cope and has no regrets about delaying visiting the doctor. Why? Because she is content right now, foot or no foot.
