Jacinta Masters visited a nearby clothing store to return a few baby garments. However, as she had changed her card after the purchase, she was informed that she would not be able to receive a refund. At that point, Jacinta Masters felt quite emotional and began to cry. What occurred?

It appears that the woman had a loss of her kid, who had passed away in her womb. After dealing with this difficult situation, she had to travel to the hospital for a procedure related to her pregnancy. Upon learning the complete narrative, the cashier promptly approached the management, with a one objective: to return the money to the woman. Furthermore, the cashier, Jo, came back with a lovely blue blanket that she purchased with her own money.

The expectant mom posted a message on Facebook that became widely popular, it is really sentimental:
This is a letter sent to Jo, the woman who assisted me at the store… You were not acquainted with me. However, one morning I arrived to give back the garments I had purchased for the unborn child I was still carrying.
I was informed that I couldn’t return them due to my card being changed. I was really impacted and I began to shed tears while loudly expressing that I was in route to the hospital, as my kid had passed away. I also mentioned that I didn’t want to encounter his garments upon returning home.
Immediately after I stated it, I noticed the genuineness on your face. You approached the manager and persuaded him to provide me with the money and accept the clothing. Then you provided me with a blanket to wrap him in after I delivered him stillborn at the hospital. It was definitely one of the items I needed to get that morning.
You approached me and embraced me tightly, allowing me to weep on your shoulder. The blanket was blue, featuring cloud patterns.
It was ideal.
Upon seeing her, I began weeping once again. I informed you that you were a divine being.
I was speechless. I didn’t know how to express my gratitude!

I wept the entire journey to the hospital. I stood in front of the hospital entrance for 15 minutes, shedding tears and embracing the blanket. I no longer remember your name, but I want you to know that I appreciate what you did for me. I will always remember what you did for my child. You are very kind and I express my heartfelt gratitude to you.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to anyone who have experienced similar unfortunate circumstances. Inform, these individuals should be aware that they have companions!
