The early results of the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office’s inquiry into Matthew Perry’s death have been made public.
The LA County Medical Examiner’s Office stated that his cause of death is being delayed pending toxicology findings and more investigation after an initial autopsy. TMZ claims that they have not disclosed how he died either.
Breaking News revealed on October 28 that the 54-year-old Friends star has passed away.
Reports state that on October 28, Perry supposedly drowned. Perry was found at his Los Angeles residence.

His mother, father, and stepfather were all seen at the accident scene last night, but they have now emailed TMZ a statement.
“We are devastated by our brother’s and son’s untimely death. As a friend and actor, Matthew made the world a much happier place. He loved you all very dearly, and we are grateful for the incredible show of affection.

According to TMZ at the time, Perry’s apparent cardiac arrest prompted 911, and they found him inside his jacuzzi. No one knows who found Perry in the hot tub or who dialed 911.
The 16-second dispatch audio, which was eventually made public by TMZ, verified that first responders were attending to a drowning incident. Moreover, no drugs were found at the scene, and there was no suspicion of foul play.
Shortly after the phone call was made, Perry’s father, John Bennett Perry, and mother, Suzanne Morrison, arrived at his home. Dateline journalist Keith Morrison was also present.

According to TMZ, Suzanne and John were clearly upset.
Just last week, Perry posted a picture of himself and his father John.

Not too long later, Matthew Perry posted his final Instagram picture, five days before he passed away. The picture he posted of himself in the hot tub seemed eerily familiar.

“Oh, so you feel better when you spin about in warm water? The shot was captioned, “My name is Mattman.” In the comments section, people are already leaving condolence messages.
The role that made Perry famous was that of Chandler Bing in the popular sitcom Friends. But there is a passage in his just-published memoir that is currently going viral.

Although he is aware that friendship would be his legacy, he hoped it wouldn’t be the only thing. Rather, Perry penned, “It would be nice if Friends were listed far behind the things I did to try to help other people when I die, as far as my so-called accomplishments go.”
Among them is the Malibu-based Perry House, which he founded. For males, The Perry House is a sober living community.
Perry has been transparent about his struggle with substance usage throughout that period.
We send our condolences to Perry’s family, friends, and admirers. Absolutely devastating.
