Martha Stewart is the face of the cover!
The lifestyle guru debuted for Sports Illustrated on the cover of the legendary Swimsuit Issue. The 2023 edition included three additional cover models, including Megan Fox, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader.
Stewart, who is 81, is the oldest participant.
“When I heard that I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I thought, Oh, that’s pretty good, I’m going to be the oldest person, I think ever on a cover of Sports Illustrated,” she recounted. Even though I don’t often consider my age, I had the impression that this was historically significant.

The 81-year-old traveled to the Dominican Republic for her photo shoot.
In an interview with Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb, she called it a “challenge” for her but claimed she “met the challenge.”
Stewart wore 10 different ensembles for the cover photo, but the publication selected a snap of her wearing a plunging-necked white bathing suit with an orange shawl draped over her shoulders.
Age is only an age.
Despite becoming the oldest model to ever appear on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover, Stewart insisted that her age has little effect on how she lives her life.
Age is not a determining factor in success or friendship; rather, it is what individuals do, how they see the world, and how they conduct themselves that matters.
In a recent interview with InStyle, Stewart talked about how people still perceive her as a “bona fide sex symbol” despite her advanced age.
“I work as a teacher. I’m trying to show people that you can look great. She claimed that it was useless to share her well-known thirst traps on social media.
Martha Stewart looks amazing! Her outlook on growing older should be an inspiration to all of us.
