Since its November 6 posting, the video titled “my new face tattoo” has received 18.3 million views. In it, Stanskovsky has her boyfriend’s name permanently tattooed in large, black cursive letters on her forehead.

Stanskovsky can be seen squinting in agony as the artist meticulously writes over the stencil that reads “Kevin” in the video.

When she’s finished, she gets up to face the mirror and studies her highly intense love scenes.
