The widow of legendary country musician Kenny Rogers, Wanda Rogers, has found love again.
When Wanda Rogers opened up about her personal life, she said that the “Gambler” singer had advised her to find love again when he dies away.
The man declared, “I’m not going to stay here forever.” Wanda Rogers, 56, allegedly told People, “I want you to be happy.” You’re still young. I want your life to still be rich when I’m gone. Naturally, I said, “What?” I don’t want to discuss that.
In March 2020, Kenny Rogers passed away quietly at home at the age of 81.
The couple’s twin children, Justin and Jordan, received their high school diplomas last month, and Wanda Rogers stated that her late husband wanted them to understand that it’s common to move on after a loved one passes away. He also wanted her to know that she will ultimately feel joy again.
To show the guys that life goes on is one of the most important things. She said, “I’m dating this very great person, so it does. Kenny made a concerted effort to make me smile because he wanted me to carry on. To be able to say those things and genuinely mean them requires a very powerful guy. That just helps, in my opinion, to highlight the type of man he was.
When Wanda Rogers went on a blind date to the Atlanta restaurant where she was a waitress in 1993, she bumped into the “Lady” singer. In 1997, they were married.
According to Wanda Rogers, she first connected with her current partner through a friend of her late husband who had dated her sister in the past.
She claimed that her current spouse shares many of the same traits with Kenny Rogers, including his “leadership and his positive energy.”
