Jeans brought up memories of being “mercilessly humiliated” by an ex-lover, according to Valerie Bertinelli.
In a TikTok video, the actor and Food Network celebrity discussed her experience.
“I’m giggling because I found a small concealed bruise today. I’m sure you can hear my pants since they’re rubbing against each other and making this noise,” she remarked.
She may laugh now and then over her fashion decisions in the past.
I stopped wearing them because I was being mocked relentlessly, like ‘I’m too lazy to do something about it,’ the woman claimed. She stuttered, “If you did, they wouldn’t get along.”

Her definition of “hidden injuries” was “abuse of the mind, verbal, and emotions.”
We have to deal with [them] every day when they’re on, she added, even if people can’t see them. “I’m thrilled that my therapeutic efforts are having a result.”
Bertinelli admitted that she hesitated to post such a piece for fear that she would be told to “move on,” but she had a message for anyone who had anything negative to say: “This is called moving on. This process is known as healing. And I’d want to express my gratitude to everyone who can connect to this and feels understood. I’m just a member of your clan.
Although the Hot in Cleveland star didn’t name names, her comments came only a few days after she discussed getting over her divorce.
It’s excruciating, but there’s this release that’s very therapeutic, she said on Instagram.I make every effort to recover from it since I believe that a lot of emotional pain is stored in the body. I do this through therapy, writing, meditation, and rolfing.

Bertinelli requested a legal separation from her ex-husband Tom Vitale in January 2022, and six months later she filed for divorce. The day she officially divorced Vitale, according to her, will be remembered as the “second best day of my life” in November 2022.
“Enough is enough. I’m done with the narcissist. I’m done with the narcissist.
