Months after her untimely death stunned her fans, TIKTOK star Kyle Marisa Roth’s cause of death was revealed.

The autopsy revealed that the 36-year-old male passed away peacefully.

According to the postmortem report obtained by TMZ from the Chief Medical Examiner of Maryland, Kyle passed away due to a heart arrhythmia brought on by myocardial fibrosis.

Due to damage on her heart muscle from her infirmity, the tip-top star’s heartbeat was erratic.

The report makes it quite evident that Kyle used Benadryl and other medications prior to her untimely death.

She did not have any alcohol in her system when she passed away.

At the time of her death, the TikTok celebrity had over 175,000 followers. She gained notoriety on the app for sharing rumors and news about celebrities.

She was known for saying, “You want more, I’ll give you more,” at the start of her videos.

Kyle had shared with her thousands of TikTok fans that she had previously defeated colon cancer.

In February, she shared on Instagram how difficult it was for her to take care of her health.

“Three major abdominal surgeries,” the content creator wrote.

“One shoulder reconstruction procedure. There were at least twelve broken bones. It ripped a meniscus. several auto collisions. Additional head trauma. For college teams, lacrosse.

“Elementary school recess is spent playing soccer. Three organs within are absent. The caption read, “LOTS OF BAD ASS F**KING SCARS.”

SISTER’S HEART-WRENCHING MESSAGE

Lindsay Roth, Kyle’s sister, announced her passing on Instagram in April.

Lindsay’s heartbreaking letter stated, “As a family we are still processing and deciding how to properly honor and celebrate her life.”

“I am aware that her humor, intelligence, beauty, activism, gossip, athleticism, and other qualities touched a great number of people.”

Kyle’s mother, Jacquie Cohen Roth, discussed her daughter’s passing in a LinkedIn post.

Jacquie commented, “Kyle loved deeply and lived life to the fullest.”

“At this point, nothing makes sense, but in the coming days, we’ll learn more.”

She pleaded, “Please be kind to each other.”

When Kyle’s followers learned that she had passed away, they were stunned and left very kind comments on her TikTok videos.

On Kyle’s most recent video, Bunnie Xo, Jelly Roll’s wife, expressed her sadness.

One fan remarked, “My heart is completely broken,” at the time.

Julia Fox expressed her sympathy.

Lindsay posted a message on Instagram, and Julia Fox responded with a condolence.

Julia remarked, “I know I’ve never met Kyle in person, but I felt like I knew her.”

“Since the news leaked on TikTok, I’ve been crying and am so devastated.”

“I hope she knew how much she meant to us and that she didn’t have to go through any pain.”
